My Weight Loss Philosophy
I’m not here to convince you to lose weight!
I'm here to facilitate your weight loss journey when you are ready.
Are you near rock bottom? Are you desperate for a change in your life?
I like my clients desperate, I almost insist on it. With a bit of despair comes the truth. With honesty I will entice immediate positive changes in your body and mind.
If you are not convinced you need to change then you are not ready for me. Stop reading now. Do not waste your time or mine. This is not Weight Watchers, this is a lifestyle conversion to embrace a healthier YOU.
If you want to lose weight, or you need to lose weight, or you feel you are figuratively dying if you do not regain control of your body, you are ready for me.
If you’ve read books and tried various diets, watched hundreds of self help videos without success. Well it’s time, time to take YOU back.
I was in your position for years, two decades to be accurate. (see photos). Anything you’ve tried or even thought about, I probably did as well. You are not the first and you will not be the last.
Every person takes their own path in life and if you are reading this then you are probably at a crossroads. I can help.
What my service is:
I use the term “Consultant” instead of coach as I find coaches like to use a formula for all their clients regardless of their past. However, I start fresh with every new client. Every applicant has a unique past; a weight gain or loss identity so to speak. My service consists of exploring your past, your present and your new future! There is no one particular weight loss system or program that I recommend (not even on my own).
Tired of being FAT? “Overweight” is the politically correct word, but if you are reading this you are facing facts about yourself. Your fat is creating health issues!
However, you can turn your excess weight into a beautiful fuel source. I use the term “Fat is Fuel”, because it is! A perfect direct fuel for our bodies and our minds. Fat is not negative. You may feel negativity when you look in the mirror after a shower. However, I want you to face yourself everyday and use those negative feelings as an incentive for change. Eventually embracing this destructive emotion as a physical and psychological fuel.
I will facilitate the multitude of options available when creating a weight loss plan. You will develop tools and resources accessible throughout the rest of your life.
You decide what you manifest into your life so manifest success and challenge yourself to be a better YOU, you deserve it!
How to know when you are ready:
You have tried other methods or diets without any success or very little.
You find other programs either to restrictive or counting calories or points to annoying.
You are tired of hearing from friends and family about what you should do or trying to guilt you into going to the gym.
You want to do it on your own but don’t have the knowledge or unbiased support.
You do not understand Keto or fasting but you have seen the results in others (even if I’m the only example). While you could research it on your own, you prefer to just ask someone else.
You are lazy or have given up the thought of reading another diet book makes you sick (I was both lazy, sick and tired of diet books).
My System and how it works:
Everyone is different. Lets celebrate diversity! You may begin with one “eating method” love it and never change, or you may need to try several such as:
Low Carb Paleo
Fasting (Full or Intermittent)
The Buddha Diet
Or you can switch back and forth like I did and continue to do. This is a journey down many paths and at the end of the trail lies your health and well being. Your journey may vary but the point is to get there. Period!
And yes, if you chose, exercise is a part of my system. However, it’s optional.
What I will not support:
Hunger!, no diet should ever cause you to feel hungry.
Counting calories or points.
Eating foods that benefit your body should never be restricted and fasting will only occur once you have the tools available to fast without hunger, yes it can be done. I am evidence that it works. We can review all avenues, I will walk you through the process and once you have the tools and knowhow to use them fasting without hunger will come naturally (if you decide to try). Once again, like exercise, fasting is optional, not required.
Whether you have an exercise program in mind or have no clue as to what to do, not to worry I will help you along the way and I will be your motivation.
Please note this is not a hand holding service, I offer honest, authentic conversations about your life, what was, what is, and what will be. This is a journey to your true, authentic self!
A monthly online subscription
A full immersive month long (live in) program where I come and live with you for a short period guiding you through your journey process step by step.
If you can't afford my rates, I will work with you.
If you lie and say you can't afford it when you can, I will drop you or double the rate.
I only work with honesty!
Monthly Subscription Fees:
Minimum 3 months up front payment of $180
Minimum 2 months up front payment of $200
Families: $140/Month (same residence)

Personalized approach! In my own journey I developed a method that worked for my situation and personality. I understand everyone is different and I treat them as unique individuals with distinctive need. This approach enables me to be versatile with clients regardless of history. We will review your situation and find a solution that works for you. After all this story is your story, not mine.
Document your history of weight loss and gains — optional, but recommended.
Document your starting point, weight and measurements (optional).
Develop a weight loss method strategy and plan.
Develop a transitional meal plan.
Develop a exercise plan (if required).
Research any odd conditions(non medical).
Ongoing Monthly Service
Daily support by email, in person (if I’m in your city), or Skype/phone. No texting though, this is not an AA sponsor type scenario. If you fall off the wagon and are eating a box of Twinkies, so be it, its not the end of the world and you will be fine. We can discuss it at our next scheduled time.
Weekly 30-minute Skype or phone call (detailed email if you prefer). You choose the method of contact, makes no difference to me.
Success stories and updates from my other clients. I post testimonials either written or video to inspire you with a goal of creating a private community of like-minded individuals. Only current customers have access to the blog. Identities are not public (unless you choose).
If you live in the same city as I do, there will be daily opportunities for drop in walks or talks.
Live-In Service Fee:
Monthly: $3,000 - $5,000 plus travel expenses to and from your location.

The rate varies based on the total number of hours per day wed estimate you would need access to my services. The service includes everything in the monthly service and includes in-depth consultation of your needs.
Negotiable based on location and other amenities provided.
