These are the videos Dad wanted me to show you. I’m pretty sure you can remember how big I was but…
Both Before and after in 1 video, Longer versions below. I went up and down from 2014 until mid 2017. Lost most of it by Jan 2018 and have kept it off for a year now. My highest recorded weight was 275, but I know I was larger, I just threw out the scale at 275. Either way, I lost at least 100 lbs but probably 125.

I normally don’t share this video immediately, however I think your ready and this explains my whole body approach. I think Keto gives your body the tool, and then depending on your ailment focuses on the worst first and the least last. I’m finally getting rid of the wrinkles around my eyes (and the dark circles) (and bags) which seemed to take the longest to heal. I do not know why, but who cares?

Two things I modify are allowing Dairy (especially for emotional eaters). And I don’t give a shit about organic. If you can afford it fine, but otherwise we have a liver and kidneys for a reason… (but that’s just my opinion) I have no scientific studies to support.
And since “Fat is Bad” has been pounded into our heads for decades it’s hard for people to change that immediately. However, you don’t need to eat a high fat diet to get into Ketosis. There are other ways which I can explain.
